Scope of Design and Engineering: Our service covers only the traditional mortice and tenon cabin. Additional engineering required for the foundations, supporting walls/posts, and roof structure is the responsibility of the building designer.
Local Regulations: Hidden steel fixings may be required to meet local regulations. These can be designed to be completely hidden once the cabin is installed.
Timber Characteristics: Timber is a natural material with variations in colour and physical appearance such knots and surface checks. These are considered to be apart of timber framing beauty and not a fault or structural issue.
Delivery: Delivery is not included within this price, if your cabin requires to be transported this will be organised at an additional cost determined at point of sale.
